By using our website, booking a class, or purchasing any Taylor M product or service, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings & Payments: All classes, coaching sessions, and workshops must be paid in advance to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future class at our discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class start date may be transferred to a later session. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, digital downloads, and patterns remain the property of Taylor M Academy. Redistribution, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Liability Disclaimer: Participants are responsible for following all safety and operational guidelines during classes or workshops. Taylor M is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment, materials, or tools.
Shipping & Returns
Policies for physical products, materials, and kits.
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier availability.
Because many of our items are handmade or custom, all sales are final.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review your case promptly and offer a replacement or solution when applicable.
